Description
Moonshell reveals a luminous figure rising from the cobalt depths, her form both mesmerizing and formidable. Her upper body is human, bare, commanding, and self-possessed, while below, her body dissolves into a flowing mass of tentacles, moving with deliberate grace through the water. 

Her hair drifts outward like ink in cobalt water, merging with the surrounding currents. In her hand, she raises a scepter crowned with a glowing moon-shell, its light casting soft warm tones across her skin. The illumination feels as though the object is not the source of her power, but a reflection of it.

She is beautiful, but not inviting. There is a quiet danger in her stillness, a sense of knowledge earned and held without explanation. She does not perform power, she embodies it. The ocean around her deepens in color, shifting into rich purples and blues, amplifying the sense that this is her domain, shaped by her presence.
