This piece is about that feeling after we've spent enough time alone, in contemplation, to have finally made a decision about our troubles, and are ready to move forward. My reference was a self portrait of the documentary and portrait photographer Sara Swaty. She was generous enough to allow this drawing to be sold and she will be given a commission in thanks.
