Dimensions & Materials:

• Materials: Wooden base frame, armature wire, foil filler, and plaster for the foundational shape. I used over 16 pounds of Apoxie clay alone for her intricate details. To fill in the horns and wings paper clay was used to keep her as light as possible. Her chest is adorned with a real amethyst geode.
• Dimensions: 24" wide x 27" tall x 15" deep,
• Finish: Glowing details with Krylon Golds and Greys, then brushed meticulously with acrylic to bring out the textures that highlight the mythical qualities of Medusa’s form.
