A guided creative painting session where you can relax, explore color, and reconnect with yourself.
We must regenerate before we can generate art/resistance/strength/community.
There is so much happening in the world. You deserve two hours just for you.
I will be there to guide you through:
- Color palette led by your emotions
- Being present with the paint and letting it flow
- Learn how to control the watercolor as well as accept it's freedom as a therapeutic art medium
I will have templates provided that you can choose from so you can trace and begin the piece, or follow your intuition with free-form painting. No pressure. No expectations. Just paint and presence.
No experience needed. Materials provided.
