The world feels heavy. It takes energy to show up day after day, and do something about it. Recharging, sitting with self, and decompressing has been key for me to be able to move forward. Painting helps me find my balance again. It’s a way to slow down, breathe, and let color work it's soothing magic on my nerves.

Each week, I’ve been hosting live watercolor streams on YouTube. It’s become one of my favorite rituals: putting aside all my to-do's, sitting in my studio with tea nearby, and painting with Watercolors. Sometimes I talk through the process, sometimes I go quiet while I listen to music and get lost in the details. I also answer questions you type out. It’s calm, imperfect, and very human.

You don’t have to paint along, thought I promise it would be fun! You can just watch, unwind, and let creativity fill your space. It’s a small, shared reminder that art can help us pause and feel safe.

That said, please don’t feel you need anything fancy to join in. Any paints, paper, or brushes you already have are perfect. What matters most is showing up and letting yourself create. The rest will follow.
