Got lots’a dragons and beasties!

Wow….I had no idea how much time had gone on between my last set of scans…this week has flown by. I’m sorry the scans are so far between. Maybe, if I scan first thing in the morning! I’ll try doing that – start the day off with a scan and a post. Hmmm. Sounds productive, lets see if I manage that.

I get home at such odd hours, there’s no schedule for scanning. I wonder if I MAKE a schedule of scanning, it would become more of a regular thing, and I won’t lose track of time and a week won’t have gone by between postings.

Its a nice thought. We shall see.

I am so excited!!! Check out the new trailer for WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE, to be released October 16, 2009. We will be waiting.

This is the beginning of my new watermark/logo I’d like to start putting on my imagery to mark it as MINE! Its going to be in silhouette form – I just want to create a master Mood one, and then simplify it from there.

OK. I had heard about a live action adaptation of a brilliant book called “Where The Wild Things Are” by Maurice Sendak. I dismissed it as something I would never see, because I was convinced it would never work. Cole just sent me this awesome link to the movie. (Please forgive the super annoying ad)

I have put some of my favorite photos from it in this blog entry.
Visually, I am IN LOVE and completely floored. Each of these shots appears composed, and loved frame by frame. I am impressed and totally excited about seeing the movie. I have yet to get a trailer link on here for you guys, I just need to find one. Who knows, maybe once the kid opens his mouth I’ll think to myself “Oh dear. Never mind,” and be right back with my cynical view on the whole thing.
