I won’t go into it, but it seems that the few hours I need the internet, is the time that its down at home. We are switching shortly to AT&T dsl…and in my evening and morning rage at faulty interwebs I forgot my sketchbook at home again, so I can’t scan my sketches at work. Sorry guys.

Usually I am not a fan of this style of architecture. Its far too clean for my scruffy, ornate, and organic visual preferences, but this house is really something – truly a tribute to the love of watching nature and light.

Allow me to divulge a little. America’s Next Top Model is a show I enjoy very much. Because of it I have a whole new appreciation for the work, dedication, punctuality, malleability, and posing awareness that models need in order to succeed. I was one of those people that thought all a model had to to was look pretty. Boy did I get schooled. Anyway, my favorite model in ALL the cycles (and I’ve watched all of them) was, and still is, Heather Kuzmich from cycle 9. I won’t bore you with my reason’s why, just going to post a fan made video here instead of a bunch of photos. Have at it!

I told Danny I would draw him a pin-up girl tonight. I was so tired, I decided to postpone a sketch where I had to think and pay attention to line quality and anatomy. Instead, I drew how I felt. Sorry Danny, the ladies are on their way!

Look at this man’s work – incredible shapes, forms – love how his pieces fill a space. There’s also a lot of movement in his art that’s enchanting. There’s this one, that reminds me of a beating heart, which is odd since its just spinning. Great enchanting of the eye….They look sharp too, and shiny. I love shiny.

This kid’s middle name is Trouble. I’ve heard, from those who do breed, that it is quite normal for these little creatures to behave in this destructive yet undeniably cute manner. And one of my new music fave’s, Coeur de Pirate is being played over it. Yay!

Ode to Pixie – I break her heart every day – well, at least that’s the way she looks at me before she recognizes who I am.
Have I mentioned yet, that her eyesight is very bad do to some weird corneal scratches she had when we got her? Poor thing.

This had me tearing up with laughter. Thank you Francis for this brilliant video. Awesome!
